We did to contact to santelmo, nagbigay sya ng tel ng may ari ng Chandelier, then nakuntak namin si Nida, then she told us that shes out of town. and she will be back after holy week. now april is ended we tried to contact them but nothing is happening, etc. etc.etc, absolutely negative rating.....

we would like to apologise for any inconveneince this transaction has given you. Nida is a friend who just asked us to help her sell her used items.

thank you for informing us of her attitude towards possible clients. we will reprimand her the soonest, and ask for an explanation on this matter.

if this issue continues with other clients we will definitely remove her items from our list.

thank you for your understanding.

I can never thank the family for giving us a good deal with the product that we cought from them. They just dont know how much they have helped us get started with the business. They are very considerate and very warm in their transactions and they responded well to our inquires even more streched their patience with our bargaining.
